Simplifying the complex
As a seasoned design leader, I’ve dedicated my career to bringing change and transformation to some of the most critical human experiences in health and healthcare. I’ve worked alongside patients, caregivers, clinical teams, and healthcare leaders to grow their creativity and design capabilities, and equip them to think beyond the pressures of their day-to-day and fundamentally shift what, how, and who they center in their work.
My expertise lies in leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting qualitative user research, simplifying the complex, and building actionable design strategies, often in complicated environments, organizations, and cultures. I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the biggest and best healthcare systems—as well as the most disruptive players—to tackle challenges connected to women’s health, youth mental health, end of life care, and the future of our healthcare workforce.
I hold a Bachelors in Anthropology from Dartmouth College and a Master's in Health Care Delivery Science through the Tuck School of Business and the Geisel School of Medicine.
