Throughout my professional journey, I've made significant contributions to talent acquisition and retention strategies. While at Ketchum Communications, I pioneered the development of "LaunchPad," an innovative blind selection hiring process that gained recognition from Fast Company for its effectiveness in reducing bias. Fueled by my commitment to fostering inclusivity, I also launched "Work Wider," to support the career development and hiring of underrepresented communities.
