For more than 10 years, I have focused on cultivating craft and content excellence at IDEO Shanghai, helping creative leaders and courageous clients do career-defining work together. I partner with multinational and Chinese organizations across industries, using human-centered design to drive category growth, develop innovation capabilities, and launch new brands and products. And I am passionate about developing talent that has the ability to deliver culturally-relevant and strategically-impactful work across cultures.
My clients have included companies like Volvo, IKEA, Nike, Shinho Foods, Envision Energy, Ford JMC, Fotile Kitchenware, L’Oréal, CR Land, John Deere in India, and Intercorp in Peru. I have spoken at events hosted by ChinaAccelerator and the Innov8rs Conference in Shanghai.
Prior to joining IDEO, I worked as a Creative Director focused on brand strategy and brand identity systems in France, the UK, and Vietnam. I hold a Master’s Degree in Visual Communication from Olivier de Serres, Paris, and a Master’s Degree in Creative Practice for Narrative Environments from Central St. Martins School of Art and Design, London.
